Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MAINTENANCE SUPPLIES FOR BREEDING STOCK
1) The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), through the General
Appropriations Act of 2025 1 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eighty-Five
Thousand Pesos (Php8, 085, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Maintenance Supplies for
Breeding Stock with Bid Reference No. 2026-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PDEA now invites bids for the Procurement of Maintenance Supplies for
Breeding Stock 2 . Delivery of the Services is required for Three Hundred Thirty (330)
Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from
the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The
description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in
Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
