Procurement of Maintenance Services for Toyota Motor Vehicles
1) The Department of Budget and Management (DBM)-Central Office, through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Sixty Thousand Pesos (P8, 060, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Procurement of Maintenance Services for Toyota Motor Vehicles”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DBM-Central Office now invites bids for the “Procurement of Maintenance Services for Toyota Motor Vehicles” as specified in Sections VI (Schedule of Requirements) and VII (Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, i.e., May 26, 2021 to May 25, 2026, contracts similar to the Project.
