1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Machine and Hand Tools for Waterworks Office pursuant to Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Four Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos Only (₱440, 000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
