with the following conditions:
Free delivery
Free tanks (to be returned after the contract duration)
Free maintenance; cleaning of stove, manual checking for leaks, replacement of rubber LPG regulator
Correct weight, sealed tank; outright if unsealed, rusty, leaking
At least 4 LPG per delivery; Schedule of delivery shall be determined by this office through an RIS
Quantity may vary depending on demand
Delivered on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding holidays
Deliveries shall only be accepted in accordance with the specification, any changes must be advantageous to the government w/o added cost
Replacements should be delivered within the day after return or upon availability of Inspection and Acceptance Committee
Contract duration: January to June 2026 or upon completion of delivery of requested tanks of LPG (inspected and accepted) whichever comes first
No price increase during contract duration
Only actual consumption within the contract period shall be paid
