Description : The Department of Education, Schools Division of Catbalogan City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), shall undertake a Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement for the Procurement of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Internet Services and Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Two (2) Subscription of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Satellite Internet Services, including Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning, on a monthly billing basis with a contract/lock-in period of Twenty-Four (24) months, with initial billing coverage of Twelve (12) months at Php 12, 500.00 per month per subscription.
