Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF LOT #1 GROCERY ITEMS AND LOT #2 TESTING KITS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NUTRITION PROGRAM AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES
1) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance intends to apply the sum of Lot #1 Grocery Items ₱499, 964.30; and Lot #2 Testing Kits ₱99, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point now invites bids for Procurement of Lot #1 Grocery Items and Lot #2 Testing Kits for the Implementation of Nutrition Program and Other Related Activities using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB). Delivery of the Goods is required twenty (20) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
