Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF LOT #1 FOOD SUPPLIES AND LOT #2 MEALS AND SNACKS FOR FILIPINO ELDERLY WEEK CELEBRATION, BROOKE-S POINT, PALAWAN
1) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point, through the 2026 Appropriation Ordinance intends to apply the sum of Lot #1 Food Supplies ₱57, 940.00; and Lot #2 Meals and Snacks ₱641, 950.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Brooke-s Point now invites bids for Procurement of Lot #1 Food Supplies and Lot #2 Meals and Snacks for Filipino Elderly Week Celebration, Brooke-s Point, Palawan using the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB). Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
