Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC: (i) Supplier shall have a minimum One (1) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Supply of Duck/Poultry/Animal feed) of at least single [1] contracts successfully completed under public sector within the last three [3] of years, each with a value of at least Tk. 50, 00, 000.00 [Fifty Lakh Only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 60, 00, 000.00 [Sixty Lakh] only.Special Instruction: (i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, Agricutural marketing License, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate etc.(ii) Supplier should confirm after sale services, Original Manufacturer's/Importer's authorization certificate. (iii) Supplier should have Original Manufacturer's/Importer's Test certificate (Test result from reknowned abroad lab is acceptable) otherwise Tenderer shall be considered as Non-Responsive.
