Bids shall be opened in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 13:00 Hour on J April 2022 at the office of Department of Health Services, Management Division, Kathmandu, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of N PR. 4, 31, 000.00 or the equivalent in a freely convertible foreign currency. The Bid Security shall be in the name of the Bidder and in the case of a Bid Security issued by a foreign bank, same shall be counter-guaranteed by a Class -Al Commercial Bank in Nepal. The Bid Security must be valid for thirty (30) days beyond the bid validity period (i.e. valid up to 1 August 2022).
