Invitation to Bid for

Procurement of Livestock for Dispersal

1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BALLESTEROS, through the Socio-Civic Project Funds (SCPF) from the Office of the President intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (P2, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Project Reference No. 15-2024 - Procurement of Livestock for Dispersal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BALLESTEROS now invites bids for the supply and delivery of piglets for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) days from the receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
