I.BACKGROUND
The Cabanatuan City Water District (CCWD), in line with its mandate to provide safe and potable water to its consumers, requires a regular and sufficient supply of liquid chlorine (sodium hypochlorite) for its water treatment operations. This procurement covers the projected requirement for the period August to December 2025, totaling 243, 240 kilograms of chlorine in carboy containers, delivered in scheduled batches.
II.OBJECTIVE
To ensure uninterrupted water disinfection operations, CCWD seeks to secure a reliable supplier for the staggered delivery of 243, 240 kilograms of liquid chlorine (11, 880 carboys at 23 kg each) based on the operational schedule and technical requirements outlined in this TOR.
III.APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC)
