1) The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the AO No. 2025-11 - CY 2026 Annual Budget - 5% Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund - Current intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 900, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Lightning Protection of 24/7 CDRRMC Operations Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for Procurement of Lightning Protection of 24/7 CDRRMC Operations Center . Delivery of the Goods is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
