Tender Details

Servica Oy tenders for its procurement lifecycle management system, i.e. an electronic tendering and contract management system. With the system, it is possible to plan acquisitions, conduct tenders, manage procurement contracts, and manage suppliers. Procurement lifecycle managementthe system forms a single entity that is uniform in its user interface and operational logic. If the system consists of modules, they work together seamlessly, and the information entered in different stages is transferred between the modules.

Servica Oy tenders procurements for its own serviceto its sampling, but will also function as a joint procurement unit in the future. The system must support joint procurement and life cycle management. As a general rule, the system is acquired for public procurement in accordance with the Procurement Act, and the system must support tenders in accordance with the Procurement Act

The procurement life cycle management system must have integrations with Hilma (hankintainvaetaet.fi) and TED (Tenders Electronic Daily).
