23)The Municipal Government of Adams, through the Municipal Development Fund 2023, 2024 & 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php899, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Seedlings for LGU Greening Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
24)The Municipal Government of Adams now invites bids for the Procurement of Seedlings for LGU Greening Program using the Competitive Bidding mode of procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Two Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
