1) The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), using a Single Year Framework Agreement through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS AND NINETY-FIVE CENTAVOS (Php 4, 354, 818.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF LEXMARK INKS AND TONERS FOR FY 2026 (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT). Bids received in excess of the ABC and ABC per item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
