Description : The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 13, through the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Program FY2026 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 7, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of LEO Satellite Internet Subscription and O&M Support for PICS-Municipalities through WISPS in Region XIII. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
