Short Description: The purpose of the assignment is to associate with a team that can assist the Rent Law Committee on investigating legal issues related to the Rent Act. The assistance of the investigations will take place in close cooperation with and under the leadership of the secretariat and the committee. The consultants shall provide professional input and assessments on the topics and issues that the committee and the secretariat need in the work to assess the Rent Act, including mapping selected parts of the rent regulation in a bunch of European countries. The consultants must also be able to assist in the work of designing and quality assured proposals for legislative text. For the agreement has been reached. The economic framework for the procurement is NOK 1, 200, 000 excl. VAT. The client is not obliged to use the entire frame amount.
