Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT FOR LEASE OF DRINKING FOUNTAINS FOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS

1) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the Hospital Operating Income intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (Php5, 110, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement for Lease of Drinking Fountains for Twelve (12) Months (Two-failed Biddings) under ITB No. 2026-318. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for the Procurement for Lease of Drinking Fountains for Twelve (12) Months. Delivery term shall be seventy-five (75) calendar days upon signing of Notice to Proceed.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
