Provider Qualifications:
-Must be from an Accredited Learning and Development Institute (ALDI) by the CSC and compliant with CSC training standard
- Must be duly registered with Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) with a valid and updated registration status.
- Capable of designing context-specific training programs aligned with the agency core and leadership competencies.
- Must observe high ethical standards and professionalism in accordance with CSCs values and code of conduct.
The Learning Service Provider must be able to deploy qualified resource person/s who:
-Are preferably holders of at least Master or Doctorate (PhD) degree, or its equivalent, in the field of Psychology, Organizational Development, or a closely related specialization.
