Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Learning Resource Materials for the Reproduction of Teaching-Learning Resources for the ARAL Program
1. The Department of Education-Division of Masbate City, through the FY 2026 GAA Current Appropriations, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-One Pesos (Php3, 240, 251.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Learning Resource Materials for the Reproduction of Teaching-Learning Resources for the ARAL Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Education-Division of Masbate City now invites bids for Project no. GOODS 2026-07-006 using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
