The Samar State University (SSU), through its Bids and Awards Committee, shall undertake Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement of the following items not available in the DBM-PS price list in accordance with Rule IV Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act. No. 12009 for the Procurement of Learning Materials/Printed Textbooks (Please see attached specification) with an Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) amounting to Php. 257, 887.50.
