1) The DepED, Tangub City Division, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIxTY THOUSAND TWENTY-SEVEN PESOS & 40/100 (P 1, 460, 027.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF LEARNING MATERIALS FOR SUPPLEMENTARY LEARNING RESOURCES (SLR) FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL LIBRARIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
