PB2025-Goods-23
1) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, formally known as the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards 4 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos, PhP 1, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Learning Management System Upgrade /PB2025-Goods-23. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines now invites bids for Procurement of Learning Management System Upgrade /PB2025-Goods-236. The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) following the procedures under Sections 61 and 63 of the same IRR. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
