The subject of this acquisition are the Legal Services ("Services") produced for Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Procurement Unit") and its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The procurement unit is looking for the following in this procurement professional service providers to provide legal services for its needs for the entities mentioned below: Procurement law / 2 suppliers. Including, among other things: - Interpretations and advice related to procurement law in special fields - Procurement procedures participation and assisting the customer in implementation- Production and maintenance of procurement-related framework, assignment, delivery, confidentiality, etc. agreements- Representation of the procurement unit in possible Market Law proceedings- Procurement legal trainings and briefings for the Customer's personnel The selected Service Provider must be able to provide services in Finnish and English. The agreement enters into force from the moment of its signing and is valid for 4+2+2 years. The services are supposed to start at the end of the year 2026 (estimated in October). This procurement is subject to the Procurement Act for Special Sectors, i.e. the Act on Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements for Units Operating in the Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services Sectors (1398/2016). the options are explained in more detail in appendix 00 Request for participation_Legal services framework_Procurement law with attachments and as the procurement procedure progresses.
