INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROCUREMENT OF LAPTOPS
1) The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, through the 2026 Sangguniang Bayan Capital Outlay and AO No. 01, S. 2026 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP720, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Laptops. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Maydolong, Eastern Samar now invites bids for the Procurement of Laptops. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days upon issuance of NTP/PO. Bidders should have completed, at least the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
