Tondo Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project Procurement of Laptop i3 with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (PhP 49, 900.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
Please submit the following documentary requirements addressed to the BAC Chairperson on or before 09:30 AM of at procurement@tmc.doh.gov.ph or bac@tmc.doh.gov.ph, subject to compliance with the Instructions and Terms and Conditions provided on this Request for Quotation (RFQ):
