Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than (2.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh should be fully unconditional in the format as specified (Form PG2-5) without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.(3).
