Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Ligawasan, SGA, BARMM, through its General Fund for FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5, 000, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Land. Payments under the contract shall be made in accordance with the approved ABC.

2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening. Late bids shall not be accepted.

3. The completion of the Project is required within Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have completed, within the last five (5) months prior to the deadline for submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Eligibility requirements are detailed in the Bidding Documents, particularly Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2025 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act.
