1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Municipal Mayor's Office Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200, 000.00 ) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Laboratory Supply for Diagnostic for the Conduct of Annual Medical Checkup (Wellness Program) at Sumilao, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
2.
