Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES FOR USE OF CONCEPCION DISTRICT HOSPITAL
1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos Only (PHP 7, 825, 933.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract for the Procurement of Laboratory Supplies for use of Concepcion District Hospital. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Laboratory Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
