iƒ˜ Prompt replacement of another unit of machine/analyzer or defective parts in case of breakdown shall be done not later than 48 hours from when it bugged down.
iƒ˜ Failure of machine-s effective functionality and supplier-s performance which may result to unavailability of tets, request maybe send out to other laboratories. Expenses maybe incurred shall be charged to the supplier BOX
