Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS GOODS



1) The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the General

Appropriation Act 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million One

Hundred Sixty Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and 56/100

(PhP3, 160, 158.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to

payments under the contract of the following. Bids received in excess of the ABC

shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital now invites bids using the
