INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

(TWO FAILED BIDDING)

1.The City Health Office intends to procure thru Negotiated Procurement (after Two Failed Biddings) pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations of RA 9184, the project: Procurement of Laboratory Supplies with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Forty Eight Pesos and 46/100 (P122, 048.46)



2.The City Health Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee, now invites technically, legally, and financially capable bidders for the said project.



3.Interested bidders shall submit the following documents as well as the Price Quotation at the Office of the City General Services:

d. Omnibus Sworn Statement



The City Government reserves the right to accept or reject any offer, to annul the negotiation process and to reject all offers at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring liability to affected bidder/s.
