Description : INVITATION TO BID
“PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES”
1. The Municipal Government of Mamburao, through the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seven Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (PhP207, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Laboratory Supplies (Contract ID No. 2023-Goods-004). The period for the performance of obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Mamburao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and Delivery of Goods requires Fifteen (15) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the period June 27, 2021 to June 26, 2023 a contract similar to the Project.
