Eligibility of Tenderer : Valid tax license and valid tax clerance certificate. Requirements The product shall be food grade and supplied with a valid Certificate of Analysis (CoA) traceable to the batch/lot number. The product must have a minimum shelf life of 24 months from the Date of Manufacture (DOM). The DOM, expiry or best-before date, batch/lot number, and the name and full address of the manufacturer and/or supplier shall be clearly indicated on the label. A Technical Data Sheet (TDS) shall be provided. GMP and/or ISO certification will be considered an added advantage.
