The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Registrar, Patuakhali Science & Technology University (PSTU), Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.d. Copy of Work Completion Certificate must be attached for work experiance.e. Tenderes must have a 05 (Five) Years experience of Supply of Computer and office equipmentsf. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 Lakhsg. If the Tenderer does not Manufacture or Produce the goods it offer to supply must submit Manufacture's Authorization Letter (Form e-PG3-5).
