1) The POLILLO WATER DISTRICT, through the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Financial Assistance in the form of grant intends to apply the sum of One Million One hundred Twenty Five Thousand pesos (Php1, 125, 000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Labor (Pakyaw) for the Pipelaying Works of the Tamulaya Source Transmission Line Relocation Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The POLILLO WATER DISTRICT now invites bids for Procurement of Labor (Pakyaw) for the Pipelaying Works of the Tamulaya Source Transmission Line Relocation Project with the scope of works listed below. Completion of the Works is required ninety (90) days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
