IB No. 2022-028-I
1. The Western Visayas Medical Center, through the GAA/SAA (HFEP 2022) - Regular Agency Fund or Internally Generated Fund-Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Pesos Only (Php6, 583, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Labor and Materials for the Upgrading of Pototan Mental Health Unit (PMHU) Water System, IB No. 2022-028-I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Western Visayas Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Fifty calendar days (150cd). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
