Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract of 2026 approved by the governing Board (MDS/GAA), intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (Php 1, 215, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF GUIDANCE OFFICE - BINALBAGAN CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Carlos Hilado Memorial State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
