1. The Barangay San Juan through the 20% Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty One, Two Hunderd Sixty Four Pesos and Twenty Centavos (Php 531, 264.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Labor & Materials for the Construction of Concrete Water Tank & Construction of Riprap.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay San Juan, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 67 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
