If any Tenderer involves / try to involve in any kind of Fraudulence, Corruption, Collusive andCohesive work, it must be considered Professional Misconduct & Offence and Legal Action maybe taken according to PPR-2008;8. Warranty Certificate & After Sales Service Certificate in official Pad;9. Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet of all Items in Own Official Pad.Technical Specification Submission and Compliance Sheet will contain columns As-Serial No., Product Name, Specification, Country of Origin, Make/ Assemble, Brand & Model. Tenderer-sOffered Technical Specification must be similar with Brochures/Catalogue/Data Sheet;10. Sample of each item with a forwarding Letter must be submited within 03 (Three) Days ofTender Opening. And the Quality of Supplied sample will be considered in the Tender Evaluation;
