The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), the premier
government cultural agency mandated to develop, promote and preserve Filipino culture and
arts through the formulation and implementation of policies in coordination with
affiliate private and public cultural agencies invite prospective bidders to submit their
quotations for the following item/s listed below on or before February 18, 2019, at 1:00 p.m.
The NCCA and its BAC reserves the right to reject documents which do not comply
with the requirements, waive any formalities of the documents or consider
any submission as substantial compliance, reject any and all bids, declare a failure
of bidding annul the bidding process, or not award the contract, without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or if the funds/ allotment for
the program/project/activity has been withheld or reduced through no fault of the procuring entity.
Provided, finally that all bids and/or contracts awarded herein, shall be subject to the
condition that the supplier or contractor shall reimburse to NCCA in case a finding
of overpricing is determined by the appropriate authority. The amount to
be reimbursed is that which has been declared as overpriced.
