1) The City Government of Navotas, through the 2026 Supplemental Budget No.3 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Janitorial Services For The Use of Navotas Polytechnic College, ID No. 2026-08-099. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Navotas now invites bids for Janitorial Services - Provision for Manpower and Supplies of Housekeeping Services from August to December 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required within five (5) days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed in which the Contract of Janitorial Services will commence and will be effective until December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
