Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES
OF PRO IVB AND LHIOS
1) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million, Nine Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty Pesos and 31/100 (Php 2, 982, 520.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Janitorial Services of PRO IV-B and LHIOs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B now invites bids for above Procurement Project using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of services shall take effect upon receipt by the winning bidder of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
