Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Janitorial Services of GHQ & HSC, AFP for CY 2026 (1st Rebidding)

1) The Armed Forces of the Philippines through the GAA For FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP2, 275, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Janitorial Services of GHQ & HSC, AFP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The AFP through GHQ BAC2 now invites bids for Janitorial Services of GHQ & HSC, AFP CY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required for twelve (12) months from termination of existing contract or any extension thereof. Bidders should have completed at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
