Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Regional Office III (DENR RO III), through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Pesos (₱1, 342, 000.00) as the proposed budget for the contract (subject to the approval of the FY 2026 GAA) for Janitorial Services covering the period January 2 to December 31, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DENR RO III now invites bids for janitorial services covering daily cleaning and maintenance of offices, reception areas, hallways, stairways, comfort rooms, social hall, conference rooms, outdoor grounds and surroundings, using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) method under RA 12009. Delivery of the Services is required from January 2 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
