Tender are invited for PROCUREMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES

Description : Lot No. 1 Janitorial Services

1 Janitorial Services - - Cleaning at Bohol Cultural Center and its surroundings; 1 Lot

Must be able to provide ISO Compliant Practices;

No. of Manpower: 10 crew and 2 shift per day and a designated reliever during day off.

Cleaning services shall start at 6:00Am-7:Pm for seven days a week;

Service duration is for 12 months;

Daily disinfection;

Schedule shall include provision of services during activities and events in the Bohol Cultural Center;

Housekeeping supplies, equipment, disinfectant, toilet bowl cleaners and other paraphernalia necessary to perform the job are to be provided by the agency for twelve (12) months, and must be eco-friendly.;

All waste shall be disposed of by the service provider.



TERMS OF REFERENCE:

1. Bidders must have a physical office in Bohol.

2. Bidder's physical office has been open and active for at least a year before the opening of bids.

3. The salary/wages of the workers of the service provider must adhere to the current/latest rates provided by DOLE.
