Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Janitorial Services For Use of

Francisco Dagohoy Memorial Hospital

1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved

by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends

to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-Eight

Pesos and 10/100 Only (P 592, 148.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract

(ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC

for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management

Unit, now invites bids for Procurement of Janitorial Services For Use of Francisco

Dagohoy Memorial Hospital. Delivery of the Goods is required within 6 Months after

the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within
