Description : Contract Description:
The Project shall involve the provision of Janitorial Services- Five (5) Janitors (3 males and 2 females) which includes performance of utility and other related works at the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office, San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela.
SCOPE OF UNDERTAKING
The Service Provider shall provide qualified and skilled personnel with sufficient experience in general cleaning/maintenance of public office.
c.1. Qualifications of Janitors/Utility
1. Filipino Citizen
2. Male or Female
3. Not less than 18- years old
4. At least high school graduate
5. Well-trained, with Certificate of Good Moral Character, and NBI, Police and barangay Clearance
6. Physically and mentally fit; (submission of latest medical certificate and psychological test results);
7. Must have passed neuropsychiatric and drug tests conducted by any government accredited hospital/center. Expenses for the said tests shall be at the expense of the bidder/contractor.
