INVITATION FOR BIDS

Bidders are invited to submit bids for the provision of Janitorial and Sanitation Services at the Corporate Offices and the Mines and Geology Division of the Ministry of Transport and Mining.

The Janitorial and Sanitation Services are divided into two (2) lots as follows:

Lot 1- Janitorial and Sanitation Services for the Ministry-s Corporate Offices, located at 138H, 140 & 145
Maxfield Avenue, Kingston 10.

Lot 2 - Janitorial and Sanitation Services for the Mines and Geology Division, located at Hope Complex,
Hope Gardens, Kingston 6.

The contract period for each Lot is two (2) years. Bidders may bid on one or both Lots.

ELIGIBILITY: Proof of registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) in the category of Janitorial, Sanitation Services
Copy of a valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL);
